For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

Galatians 5:6

Now, this very verse in Galatians is very fundamental and demandsseriously our ultimate attention and reflection. Paul draws a very clear and sharp conclusion what matters and has any value is neither the circumcision of the Jews nor the uncircumcision of the Gentiles but faith, driven, motivated, expressing itself through love. Again, in 1 Corinthians 13:13: And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love. When faith loses steam and fervency, when it stops growing or hits obstacles, then we should return and strengthen and tighten and make sure the love cord is not loose. No faith, little faith, growing faith, exceedingly growing faith, fasten and make firm the love cord.
